The Finals Support

Support for the finals hacks buyers on thefinalshack.net — loader setup, Easy Anti-Cheat status, menu config, and delivery help after you purchase.

Setup guides live in the forums. Start with the arena guide before opening a ticket.

How we help

  1. Status before you load

    • Check live status on the store page. If it says Updating, do not load. Wait until it is clear to load again.
    • Easy Anti-Cheat patches can invalidate yesterday’s build. Status honesty matters more than rushing a match.

  2. Loader and menu issues

    • Follow the The Finals setup guide for antivirus exclusions and load order before you open a ticket.
    • If the product is Updating, wait. If a clear build still fails after one clean retry, use Get Support and include your order ID.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • Delivery failures and extended Updating windows are covered on the Refunds page. Include your order ID when you write in on Discord.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: The Finals on Windows PC, loader and menu help for paid licenses.
    • Not supported: other games, console builds, cracked loaders, or third-party mirrors.

Support FAQ

How do I contact support?

Use Get Support on this page. It opens Discord at https://discord.gg/t6n2cUNkPT. Include your order ID from thefinalshack.net, a status screenshot (clear or Updating), and whether you need load, menu, or delivery help.

The loader will not open — what first?

Follow the Complete Setup forum thread for the current load order. If status is Updating, wait. If a clear build fails, include your order ID in Discord.

Menu opened once then never again?

Do not spam launch. Restart The Finals, confirm antivirus exclusions, re-check status, then try one clean load. If it still fails, contact Discord support with your order ID.

Which platform is supported?

Windows PC only. The Finals on console is not supported.

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital after checkout on thefinalshack.net. Use only that loader link. Third-party mirrors are unsupported.

Need help now?

Confirm Easy Anti-Cheat status on the store page, or open Discord if you already have an order.
